Length of Relationship | 15 years sourcing talent for both white collar and store support roles, including Operations Managers, Payroll and HR specialists, Head office finance roles, fleet, and customer service for both short term project/temporary solutions and permanent recruitment.

 

The Problem | Client had a significant backlog of open roles, coupled with higher than expected turnover, particularly within the first year. 


The Solution | We built a scalable model to ensure maximum value for a changing and dynamic environment. First steps were to conduct a needs analysis and propose a solution, requesting data from the client to understand the number of open roles and total applicants that were put through the screening process.

We designed a solution by deploying a dedicated team to work in-house to bring the number of open roles down. We developed KPI’s that were measurable and reportable. We also developed a post placement care program to work alongside our client's induction, providing a 3rd party contact for the candidate to reach out to, and feedback was provided to the business to help reduce their turnover.


The Outcome | An outsourced RPO solution that exceeded the clients’ expectations for a 2-year period before they decided to expand their internal team, resourcing each state with a Talent Acquisition Partner. Alexander Appointments recruited the Talent Acquisition Manager who is currently deploying this solution. We continue to partner with this client and support them through the transition phase.
