Michelle commenced her recruitment career in 2007 as a Recruitment Assistant in a very fast-paced, blue-collar environment. She quickly progressed into Account Management and Senior Recruitment positions, making the transition into white collar in 2009. She has spent a large portion of her career in the Logistics and Supply Chain industry, recruiting across various roles from entry level to senior positions.

Michelle takes great pride in getting to know her clients and candidates well in order to build long-term partnerships. This has allowed her to have maintained many loyal, long standing client relationships that date back as far as the beginning of her recruitment career.

Michelle’s experience spans across both blue and white collar recruitment, enabling her to quickly identify the varying needs of her clients, and go about finding them the right fit.
