Assistant Store Manager - Automotive Industry 

• Permanent fulltime | $75,000 + Super
• Monday to Friday No Weekend work!
• Hoppers Crossing Location

About the role
Reporting to the Store Manager, your duties will include but not limited to the following

• Welcome customers to the store and make them feel comfortable 
• Book vehicles in for inspections and/or repairs with the understanding that this function is vital to the growth and success of the Store
• Carry out vehicle repairs as directed in a professional, efficient, and accurate manner, including double checking of repairs carried out.
• Train Technicians to prepare and record accurately all information on job cards. 
• Providing hands on support in the workshop when required
• Assist the Store Manager in achieving monthly sales budgets

About you
The successful candidate will have the following 

• Current full drivers license
• Previous experience as an Automotive Technician 
• Be able to meet KPI'S and future business opportunities both in Trade and retail customer's
• Be able to run a successful workshop and demonstrate to management that you can successfully run the store in their absence
