About the role
  
Reporting to the Head of Auto B2B Sales, the role requires a commercially savvy, client-focused sales professional with a proactive and innovative mindset.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue from new and existing B2B fleet clients.
  • Establish, manage, and enhance operational-level relationships with key accounts at both national and state levels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement integrated client solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end sales activities, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on delivering high-value service.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and client meetings to ensure alignment with customer needs and expectations.
  • Represent the brand at networking events, industry functions, and key stakeholder meetings.
About you
  • 10+ years' experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the automotive, aftermarket, or related industry.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with a proven ability to achieve growth targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results.
