About you
Ideally, you will have a background in Customer Service within a call centre environment or within Transport and Logistics or Pharmaceutical industry.
This is a high volume fast paced role that will require eye for detail and ownership of tasks. Must be a customer service professional and willing to work in a collaborative team environment.
About the role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the following:
- Handling a high volume of incoming calls while delivering exceptional customer service
- Making outbound calls to follow up on deliveries
- Processing large customer orders
- Accurately inputting data in high volumes using the Oracle CRM system
- Investigating claims and warranty issues, coordinating with drivers to address damaged products
- Resolving customer complaints effectively
