About the role
- Manage order processing and track deliveries using ERP systems
- Provide timely, accurate communication with clients and stakeholders
- Manage a team inbox of customer enquiries
- Investigate order discrepancies and process returns
- Handle multiple tasks with precision in a high-pressure setting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order management and issue resolution
About you
- Experienced with an
ERP system and order management
- Ideally you will have a logistics background
- Able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicator with excellent organisational skills
- Passionate about delivering top-notch customer service
