About the role
You will play a pivotal role in driving learning and growth initiatives nationally. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive programs aimed at fostering the professional growth and capability enhancement of team members and leaders.
- Collaborate closely with the People & Culture Business Partner and the People & Culture team to develop and implement learning and growth strategy aligned with organisational objectives
- Continue to embed the capability framework throughout the organisation by engaging employees and leaders in learning opportunities related to the framework
- Assist team members and leaders in identifying short and long-term learning and growth goals, facilitating the creation of Personal Learning & Growth Plans tailored to their needs and building on required capabilities
- Design and deliver engaging and effective training programs, both in-person and virtual, employing diverse learning methodologies and technologies
- Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives through various evaluation methods, including feedback mechanisms performance metrics, and assessments
- Undertake additional projects as reasonably required in collaboration with the People & Culture team, contributing to broader organisation goals
About you
- Hold Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development or Education
- Have previous experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs preferably in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
- Previous experience creating content and maintaining an eLearning system
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners
