About the role
Reporting to the Transport and Logistics Finance Lead you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Business partnering and providing financial support to Operations leaders on projects and cost tracking initiatives
- Forecasting and budgeting
- Provide insights for the commercial and operations leads
- Deliver actionable financial insights to guide strategic decision-making for both new initiatives and ongoing operations, enhancing overall business management and performance
- Support Business Case Proposals
- Deliver in-depth analysis and insights into profitability to inform strategic decision-making
- Assisting in monitoring cash flow, fuel surcharge, commercial contract reviews and cost of Sales
- Support and contribute to process improvement initiatives
About you
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Advanced stakeholder management skills
- Oracle and PowerBI experience desirable
- Previous experience working with larger business with big data
- You excel in collaborating with others and thrive in a diverse and inclusive work environment
- Process improvement mindset
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Previous experience within the Transport and Logistics Industry is advantageous
- A positive “Can Do” attitude.
