About the role
This is a unique opportunity to work with various internal stakeholders from operations, IT and management to support queries relating to the transport operating systems. You will have the ability to utilise your relationship management, troubleshooting and analytical skills to assist with resolving technical queries.
You will be the first point of contact for users for queries relating to the transport systems applications, troubleshoot their queries, and effectively coordinate with the internal IT departments to provide a solution. You will also enjoy the opportunity to assist with various projects and system implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Super User for key operating system including testing, troubleshooting and support
- Master data maintenance
- Provide systems-based support by resolving customer tickets and enquiries
- Provide systems-based support by resolving internal user tickets and enquiries
- Analyse data to identify and correct errors in partnership with IT Support
- Work with various stakeholders to troubleshoot and diagnose user queries
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in IT systems support, ideally gained in the transport and logistics industry
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis
- Strong knowledge of IT operating systems
- Solid analytical and critical thinking skills
- Impeccable communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Advanced MS Excel Skills
