Company Profile – Market leader in automotive repair with 200+ stores and 1300 staff nationally.
Length of Relationship – 15 years sourcing talent for both white collar store support roles, including Operations Managers, Payroll and HR specialists, Head office finance roles, fleet, and customer service for both short term project/temporary solutions and permanent recruitment search.
The Problem – A backlog of open roles at store level. Roles included qualified trades and apprentices, coupled with a significant percentage of turnover.
The Solution – We built a scalable model to ensure maximum value for a changing and dynamic environment. First steps were to conduct a needs analysis and propose a solution, requesting data from the client to understand the number of open roles and total applicants that were put through the screening process.
We designed a solution by way of deploying a dedicated team to work in-house to bring the number of open roles down. We developed KPI’s that were measurable and reportable. We also developed a post placement care program to work alongside their induction providing a 3rd party contact for the candidate who they could reach out to, and feedback was fed back to the business to help reduce their turnover.
The Outcome – An outsourced RPO solution that met the clients’ expectations for almost a 2-year period before they decided to bring it back in-house and roll out an internal team, resourcing each state with a Talent Acquisition Partner. Alexander Appointments recruited the Talent Acquisition Manager who is currently deploying this solution. We continue to partner with this client and support them through the transition phase.
