Day 4: Policies and Procedures

  • Training on health and safety protocols specific to the workplace, including emergency procedures and hazard recognition. 
  • Security Awareness

Day 5: Wrap-Up and Next Steps

  • Discussion with the manager to clarify any remaining questions about performance expectations and goals. 
  • Setting of short-term objectives and priorities for the upcoming weeks.

  • Opportunity for the new employee to provide feedback on their onboarding experience and any areas for improvement. 
  • Assurance of ongoing support from the manager, HR, and colleagues as the new employee settles into their role.

  • Confirmation of the schedule for the following weeks and any additional training or orientation sessions planned.
