Position Overview: 


As a Clerical Assistant within the Supply Chain Operations department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the administrative functions essential to our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include data entry, documentation management, and providing general clerical support to ensure the smooth functioning of our supply chain processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the logistics industry and contribute to the success of our global operations. 


Key Responsibilities: 


Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately input data into our database systems, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Maintain and update records related to inventory, shipments, and other supply chain activities. 


Documentation Management: Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, including invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents. Assist in preparing documentation for import/export activities, adhering to regulatory requirements. 


Communication Support: Assist in coordinating communication between internal teams, external vendors, and logistics partners. 


Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing courteous and professional assistance. 


Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel logistics, and preparing presentations or reports. 


Assist in managing office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for daily operations.
