Supply Chain Manager: Oversees the overall operations and strategic direction of the supply chain department.
Clerical Assistants (Your Role): Provide administrative support and assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation essential for smooth operations.
Logistics Coordinators: Coordinate the movement of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Inventory Specialists: Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and optimise inventory storage to meet demand while minimising holding costs.
Procurement Officers: Source and procure materials, equipment, and services required for production and distribution activities.
Warehouse Staff: Handle receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods in our distribution centers, maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse safety standards.
Optimise Supply Chain Efficiency: Streamline processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and minimise lead times.
Ensure On-Time Delivery: Collaborate closely with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers worldwide.
Maintain Inventory Accuracy: Implement robust inventory management practices to accurately track stock levels and minimise stockouts.
Drive Cost Savings: Identify opportunities to reduce costs through supplier negotiations, process improvements, and inventory optimisation.
Enhance Customer Satisfaction: Prioritise customer needs and deliver superior service through proactive communication and problem-solving.
